Measures of Facilities and Equipment

1. The management of all facilities and public assets of ICNE applies to and complies with <Administrative Regulations on Laboratory Safety of USST> and < Management Measures of Fixed Assets of USST>.

2. According to the line of the Ministry of Education and the above mentioned two documents of USST, the following measures are formulated.

3. All facilities and equipment in ICNE are allocated and supervised by the director, but it can also be charged of someone authorized when there are special requirements owing to the reasons such as site dispersion and so on.

4. The access to and use of all site facilities should be registered. The users must fill the registration forms for inspection.

5. Each site of ICNE carries out the duty system with students' independent management and supervision by the research fellows. The students daily on duty are responsible for the maintenance of the normal operation of the facilities and equipment, keeping clean and maintaining the order of teaching and scientific research.

6. The using of equipment should comply with the principle of "convenience, safety, cleanliness and frugality". Everyone should protect the equipment and can not be applied for private purposes except for scientific research. The precautions for all kinds of equipment should be marked with relevant labels in its prominent position.

7. All equipment should be placed in its original state after being used. According to highest principle of reinstatement, the location, switch and cleanliness of all kinds of implements are recovered to their original state, leaving no trouble for the next user.

8. All kinds of facilities should be managed with accounting files and be inspected regularly in order to avoid damage, loss and incompleteness of public property.

9. All research fellows have responsibilities and obligations to check and supervise students' management of facilities and equipment daily, and inform the director or the relevant departments in time after finding out problems.

10. The borrowing of mobile devices (goods) in ICNE complies with the registration system. The devices should be returned in time after the research fellows and students are used up. If there is any damage, it will be reimbursed according to the relevant regulations of USST.

11. The relevant regulations of USST on fire protection, anti-theft and waterproof should be strictly adhered in order to maintain the facilities with safety in good condition.
