Input and Output Efficiency Analysis of China's Science Popularization Resources —the bidding project of the Information Research Institute of the Ministry of Science and Technology, accept final inspection. The conference began on March 16th, 2018 in Beijing (Ministry of Science and Technology). Professor Wei Jingfu, the director of the ICNE(Institute Of China Neighboring Economies ), and his two students, Cao Linqiu and Dang Mengya, participated in the conference. Experts from the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Beijing Science and Technology Commission, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and China Institute of Science Popularization have conducted heated questions and discussions on the completion status of the bidding task and the related conclusions of the project. The all experts affirmed our work and thought it was great that the project uses the economics method to study Science Popularization problems with novel perspectives and reasonable indicators. What’s more, the conclusion is very instructive for the government. Finally, the expects suggested that the research should be converted to a policy research report for submission to the competent scientific and technical departments for decision-making reference.

Dang Mengya, who performed calmly and excelled , reported research methods, research contents, research conclusions, and suggestions for countermeasures in form of illustration and in combination with the PPT. In the questioning session, Cao Linqiu confidently and rigorously Cooperate with the teacher to answer questions. Combining the progress of research group solving problems and comparing the similarities and differences of several research methods, she responded well to the questions which the experts cared about. The experts from the Beijing Science and Technology Commission thought the project is refreshing.
