Recently, the 15th Shanghai Young Economists Forum and the Shanghai Economist Association Prize for Outstanding Achievement of Young Economist Award Ceremony co-sponsored by the Shanghai Economist Association and the Development Research Center of Shanghai Municipal People's Government, and undertaken by the Party School of Shanghai Committee of C.P.C. was held.

    As the primary author of the paper Development Area Policy, Supply Chain Participation and Corporate Financing Constraints (by Li Zhiyuan and Xu Mingyao, Fudan University), ICNE researcher Bian Zeyang won the second prize of “SHANGHAI ECONOMIST ASSOCIATION PRIZE FOR OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT OF YOUTH ECONOMIST”.

    The Forum themed Build A New Pattern of Development to Promote High-quality Development , received more than 80 high quality papers of many young economists from Fudan University, Tongji University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences and other units. Through two rounds of anonymous review, 2 papers were selected as the first prize, 6 papers as the second prize and 10 papers as the third prize.
