In 2019, Mr. Chen Yifan was selected into the List of Thousand Foreign Lawyers in China by the Ministry of Justice. In the field of foreign direct investment and corporate mergers and acquisitions, he has provided comprehensive legal services for dozens of Japanese enterprises to set up foreign-invested enterprises in China, foreign-invested M&A projects, and merger/separation and liquidation of foreign-invested enterprises. He is good at handling disputes in the field of labor law, and provides thoughtful and effective employee placement plans for restructuring or closing business of dozens of enterprises;
He has presided over the compilation of Investment Guide to Japan (published by Shanghai Translation Publishing House, 2016) and HR Full Process Legal Consultant (Law Publishing House, 2018, First Edition, Second Edition and Third Edition); Since 2006, nearly 100 lectures on labor management and labor contract law have been held in China and Japan.
