Min Min obtained a bachelor's and master's degree in Accounting from Macquarie University. She studied in University of South Australia and gained her PhD in 2017. Her research interests include strategic human resources management and organizational behaviour. Her research has been published with Routledge(Taylor and Francis) and appeared in leading journals. She has conducted research for a wide range of funders including Australian Research Council and Ministry of Culture of China.
