In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the needs of enterprises for international trade professionals and strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, Qin Bingtao and Zhou Min, researchers of Institute for China Neighboring Economies (ICNE), visited Shanghai Xuande International Trade Co., Ltd. on December 12. Hai Yongxia, chairman of the company, received the visiting team.

Qin Bingtao introduced the overall situation, professional characteristics, curriculum and talent training achievements of ICNE. He said that ICNE has been committed to cultivating international trade talents with solid professional knowledge, practical ability and innovative spirit, and hopes to better realize the docking of talent training and market demand through close cooperation with enterprises.

Zhou Min focused on the requirements of enterprises for students' practical ability. She mentioned that ICNE will further strengthen the practical teaching link, provide students with more internship opportunities and practice platforms, and improve students' practical operation ability and professional quality.

Hai Yongxia spoke highly of the talent training work of ICNE, and introduced the business scope, development strategy and talent demand of Xuande Trading. She expressed her willingness to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with ICNE, hoping to attract more outstanding international trade graduates to join the company and inject new vitality into the development of the enterprise.

The two sides also discussed the development trend of the international trade industry, the changes in the demand of the talent market, and the optimization of the talent training model.
